Registration

The fees will be 40€ for the meeting plus an additional 80€ for the dinner (optional). During online registration, you will be able to pay for additional people coming to the dinner (e.g. family members) for a cost of 80€ per head. Please pay for everyone at once since we will not be able to register new people once online registration is closed.

The meeting fee of 40€ will include:

  • lunch (provided as a buffet at the venue) on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • morning break (including coffee, tea, and biscuits) on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • afternoon break on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Note that the meeting fee will not include the morning break and lunch on Tuesday. To compensate, we will start the day a bit later and we will have more time at lunch for everyone to eat nearby restaurants.
